I, Mathilda Eloff (ID 8410290008088) am a freelance graphic designer and presentation strategist.  My expertise and services include graphic and presentation design.  I work a at an hourly rate of 780p/h.  

Quotes are calculated at an average amount of hours according to the client’s brief and reverts are taken into account.  If the client exceeds the hours due to changes to the brief or extensive amount of reverts, extra time will be billed at R650 per hour.  A 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of the quote and the remaining balanced should be paid no later than 30 calendar days after the job is complete.

A timeline will be negotiated at the brief meeting.  If there is a delay from the client in feedback, information or any other reason the service deadline has to be accommodated and extended accordingly.  

On acceptance of the quote the client agrees to my services.  If a project is cancelled, the amount of hours spent up to the time of cancelation still needs to be paid.  If a project includes any external costs for services and/or production, a cancelation fee of 75% will be billed to the client.  The client is responsible to provide information, correct and proof-read upfront.  Although I am a copy writer as well, the client holds responsibility to check, proof read and approve the final deliverables.  Once the final approval is given I cannot be held responsible for any typos or mistakes.  Printing and Production is out sourced to my trusted suppliers.  I can coordinate the production process or the client can make use of their own suppliers.  If a client deals with their own suppliers, the client takes full responsibility for signing of production proofs. If I coordinate the production process it will be costed for at R250p/h and the amount of hours will be billed according to the project. I cannot be held accountable for a supplier’s error or mistakes.
